LAHORE: Former Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) leader and anchorperson Dr Aamir Liaquat will join Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) soon, sources claimed on Tuesday.
He will conduct a press conference at PTI leader Imran Ismail’s residence in Karachi on Wednesday to announce his formal inclusion in the party.
Several party leaders also took to the social media to make the announcement.

Sources also claimed that PTI Chief Imran Khan will also be there to welcome Liaquat in PTI expectedly.
Aamir Liaquat had left MQM after the MQMs’s founder Altaf Hussain’s August 22 speech in which he urged his supporters to raise anti-Pakistan slogans.
